It is also notified that once the Chrome Flash is disabled, it would not be automatically updated with upgrading Google Chrome. In this connection, you would have to update it manually by visiting Adobe’s Flash download page or scheduling your OS Flash for automatic updates.
The problem I have that this ABOUT:PLUGINS is crashing the page same way. Installing and uninstalling does not work. It also every plugin is crashing every time I start Chrome.
Try run Chrome in incognito mode (it will run with plugins disabled) and then use ABOUT:PLUGINS command
